Policies

These policies explain how bookings, cancellations, access, and conduct work at 19th Par. They are designed to keep the club fair, safe, and enjoyable for all members and guests.

Membership & access

  • Members are issued credentials for entry; keep credentials secure.
  • Access is 24/7 unless otherwise communicated for maintenance or events.
  • Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damage caused during guest visits.

Booking

  • Bookings are availability-based and must be reserved through the member app or site.
  • Members should arrive on time and respect their reserved slot length.
  • To keep bookings fair, there may be limits on consecutive bookings or total weekly reservations; specific limits are posted in the member portal.

Cancellations & no-shows

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund or credit unless a different window is shown at booking.
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may be charged a partial or full session fee depending on the booking type.
  • No-shows may be charged and could affect future booking privileges.
  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies at management's discretion — contact us promptly if you have an issue.

Fair use

  • Our fair-use rules ensure equitable access for all members. Excessive or repeated hoarding of sessions may result in booking restrictions.
  • Reselling or commercializing bookings without prior approval is not allowed.
  • Management may implement temporary limits during peak periods to maintain availability.

Guests & conduct

  • Members may bring guests in accordance with their membership tier.
  • Members are responsible for guest behavior and for ensuring guests follow club rules and staff instructions.
  • Maintain a respectful, non-disruptive atmosphere. Loud, aggressive, or abusive behavior, including profanity, harassment, or threats, is not permitted and may result in removal and potential termination of membership.
  • Be considerate with noise: keep voices low in shared spaces, use headphones for personal audio, and avoid disruptive behavior in bays and meeting rooms so others can enjoy their sessions.
  • Dress and conduct should be appropriate for a shared, mixed-use facility (no offensive clothing, and safety-minded footwear is encouraged around simulator bays).
  • Resale or commercial use of bookings without prior approval is prohibited; see the Fair use section for details.

Children & minors

  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while on the premises.
  • Minors (13-17) may use facilities when supervised by an adult or under policies set by their membership tier; unsupervised minors may have restricted access.
  • For safety, children should not climb on equipment or play in non-public areas. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for any damage or injury caused by their children.
  • If equipment or bays require an age minimum for safe use, that minimum will be posted and enforced.

Meeting rooms & events

  • Meeting rooms are available subject to booking and any additional terms posted for that space.
  • Events and large bookings may require a deposit and a signed event agreement; cancellation terms for events may differ from regular bookings.

Membership billing, cancellations & refunds

We aim to be fair and reasonable. Please read these terms before signing up.

Billing

  • Monthly memberships are recurring. Your card will be charged each month on the day you signed up (e.g. sign-up Feb 5 → charged Mar 5).
  • Membership pricing, session fees, and any service charges are shown in the member portal or at checkout.

How to cancel

  • Cancel in the member portal: sign in to your account and cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
  • If you prefer we can cancel for you — email [email protected] at least 72 hours before your card will be charged and we'll process the cancellation.
  • Any remaining hours or session credits attached to your account are deleted upon cancellation and cannot be transferred or saved unless otherwise specified in your membership terms.

Refunds

  • We offer refunds for membership purchases only if requested within 72 hours of the initial purchase. After 72 hours you are committed for that billing period.
  • Refund requests submitted and approved will be processed to the original payment method. Processing by payment providers can take 5–10 business days.
  • Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances at management's discretion — contact us promptly if you have an issue.

Other purchases

  • Non-member rentals: Cancel at least 12 hours prior to scheduled time for a refund. Cancel via the portal or email [email protected].
  • Lessons (member & non-member): Cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded or rescheduled.
  • Gift cards: Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-refundable.

Safety & liability

Use of club facilities is at your own risk. Members and guests must follow posted safety instructions and staff guidance. We are not liable for personal injury or loss of personal items except as required by law.

Termination & suspension

  • We may suspend or terminate memberships for violation of these policies, unlawful activity, or non-payment.
  • Termination may result in loss of access and forfeiture of unpaid or unused sessions per your membership terms.

Changes to policies

We may update policies from time to time. When material changes occur we will provide notice via the member portal or email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policies.
